Shipping

Caidan Lighting has multiple warehouses and we ship from our factory and sometimes we need to dispatch your order from a few different locations. If you order multiple items from our website, you may receive multiple deliveries shipped by multiple carriers since items may be sent from different warehouse locations where the items are available.

These will arrive in separate deliveries with separate tracking emails.

Delivery Times

• Cape Town: 2–4 business days
• Johannesburg / Pretoria: 3–5 business days
• Other Major Cities: 4–6 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Returns

If at the time of order some items might be out of stock, the Caidan Lighting team will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. We will credit your account, recommend a similar item that is in stock, or make a full refund payment.

Items must be returned in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at sales@caidanlighting.co.za to initiate a return.
