1. Shipping
1.1 Delivery is a flat fee of R100.00 on orders under R770.00, and free of charge on orders of R770.00 and over. In exceptional cases delivery fees may vary depending on the size, weight, and location of the products you choose to purchase from us as well as your chosen delivery location. Delivery fees will be calculated and displayed when you checkout but before you purchase your products – this is to ensure that you are notified of any extra cost for delivery fees before you pay for the goods.
1.2 Please note: The courier will require a signature from the purchaser or authorised person at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery. If there is no-one available to sign for a delivery, the parcel will be re-directed to the nearest courier depot. It will then be the responsibility of the purchaser to collect the goods from the designated depot or to arrange for re-delivery at own expense. We recommend that all deliveries be shipped to an address that is attended during business hours, to minimize any inconvenience and additional costs.
